Elemental drawings from Val Taleggio

I came home from Italy this summer and got straight to work and back to school. After drawing throughout my time in the Valley in response to sounds and experiences of sounds, drawing took over. Sound experiments are also in progress, from building a waterphone and studying up on radios, to considering this faulty and intimate process of drawing to try and understand other perceptions, other forms of living from a human sense of time, a human scale.

I also continued working on La Prima Storia/The First Story, an interactive work based on compositions of heartbeat rhythms.
